Chef Meaux has a Masters Degree in Public Administration (HR Concentration) and is certified in Restaurant and Catering Management. Chef Meaux’s culinary skills are accredited to The Art Institution of Houston and a family history of cooks. Meaux Jeaux’s offers meal prep, family meals, catering and a in home personal chef experience with a Cajun/Creole flare.
